Newcomers receive a +15% base arrival speed modifier and a +10% base goods amount modifier for every 1 level of standing you have with other settlements on trade routes. This effect is retroactive. Total newcomer arrival speed is limited to 10–1000% of base. Final newcomer goods amounts are rounded to the nearest integer for each good type, with halves rounded away from zero.
