Blight from the Sky

Yearly Penalty

Blightrot seems to grow uncontrollably quickly in this region. Every storm season, 1 Blightrot Cyst (before Blight footprint scaling) can spawn in the settlement (multiplied by the number of years that have passed). Actual spawning is limited by available cyst capacity.
